Here's a very important reminder for Conditional Licensees. Remember that you have 18 months to get an unconditional license, and in order to do so you must complete 2 college-level real estate courses. There is a mandatory 18 waiting day period which you must have before taking the exam for each course.

If your license is not renewed by the expiration date, then your license will be suspended until you do take and complete the courses.

Also, while your license is on suspension you are not allowed to do any business pertaining to active real estate transactions. If you do, there could be severe penalties including a revoked license.
