HOW TO RENEW YOUR CONDITIONAL LICENSE

Initial Sales Person Renewal (15 Hours)

Before the expiration date of your first 4 years as a salesperson, you must complete the 15 hours of the 5 Mandatory Courses: 

• AGENCY
• ETHICS 
• TRUST FUND
• FAIR HOUSING
• RISK

Initial Broker Renewal (45 Hours)

Before the expiration date of your first 4 years as a broker, you must complete the 15 hours of the 5 mandatory courses plus at least 30 additional hours for a total of 45 hours of CE credit.

Subsequent  Salesperson and Broker Renewal (45 Hours)

This qualifies only for subsequent license renewals for all salespersons or brokers. 

The combined Survey, Risk Management plus at least 36 additional hours for a total of 45 hours of CE credit complies.

This will include:

• "Survey"
   
• Risk Management Series
   
• Listings and Buyer Representation
• Purchase Agreement and Counter Offer
• Disclosures in a Residential Sale
