New Course Track Description
Courses in this track will lay your MLSListings learning foundation, and provide you with the mandatory proficiencies needed to effectively list, search, report and communicate with clients.
It’s important for the cooperative nature of MLSListings that all of our subscribers understand the fundamentals of our List, Search and Rules Compliance. Beginning on May 19, 2014 all new subscribers to MLSListings must attend the required training within the first 60-days of joining.

Realist is a public records database that seamlessly works with the MLSListings platform to provide in-depth property and ownership data, market information, and much more! Learn how to interpret the rich data that is available to you to boost your competitive advantage.
If you can’t find it, you can’t sell it! Matrix is the system you will use to search through the rich MLSListings data that is at your fingertips. In this introductory class, you will learn the fundamentals of searching and reporting in Matrix.
MLSListings offers its members a variety of CMA products. Some are easy and quick. Others are more complex but very information-rich. This course will dive into each of the four main CMA products, while highlighting the features and benefits of each one.
Learn basic smart phone techniques and skills to maximize features. This lab-focused class will start at the beginning with navigation, photos, applications and updates, maps, and general terminology.
Pro Course Track Description
The Pro track offers skills to fine tune your MLSListings experience with customized, streamlined search and report options to support your most frequent business activities.
You have your dashboard just how you like it. You know how to search and create reports. You are able to communicate with your clients through Matrix. Now it’s time to learn how to bend Matrix to your will! Build upon the skills learned in the Basic Class, with a focus on searching with maps, customizing data results to meet your specific needs, and communicating your findings to your client.
In this course you will learn how to save time and effort by customizing your Matrix search results for easier reading and more detailed listing information. Make Matrix “work like you work.”
Flex your Matrix muscles by learning advanced search and report techniques. Not all search tools return the same results. That’s because zip code borders don’t match to city lines and so on. Take your Matrix proficiency to a whole new level by learning the features, benefits, and limitations of each search tool.
After completing this course, you’ll never again be embarrassed by clients telling you about a change in listing status! You will be the expert on the listings in your farm area.

Clients look to you to be the market expert. This course will show you how to mine rich MLS data to gather and be able to present insight into market conditions.

Power Course Track Description
Advance your skills by taking classes in the Power track. Learn how to mine MLS data for listing opportunities and market performance tracking. Develop your social media sites and content including video capture and publishing courses.
